Many aspects of the stay were disappointing. The rooms had various cleanliness issues including stains on the walls and floors, and pest problems like cockroaches and gnats. I also encountered a musty smell throughout the space, and the furnishings were damaged and outdated. There were no phone connections in my room, making it inconvenient to reach the front desk. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and not up to standard.

We had a fun trip with the kids. the hotel was near the Houston Zoo, which was a blast! Andrea at the front desk was super helpful, giving us great tips for lunch nearby. The spacious room was a hit with our family!
